Super Closure is an innovative bottle capping solution, invented by the members of Super Closure International, LLC. The owners wanted a clean-looking website that showcased their product and could serve as a place to send potential investors, distributors, and manufacturers.

Requirements:

• Clean, easy to navigate website
• Showcase a video on the home page
• Logo design

Solutions:

• I used CodeIgniter’s template system to run the website, and form validation library to process the contact forms.
• Implemented a javascript solution to create a cookie that logs if the visitor is viewing the page for the first time, if so, then it autoplays the YouTube video. If the viewer has viewed the home page, then the video does not autoplay. This solution prevented the annoyance of the video autoplaying every time you went to the home page.
